Introductory provisions

This Complaints Procedure applies to the sale of goods to companies, traders, tradesmen and other persons to whom the goods are not used for personal consumption, but for the performance of business activities. The Complaints Procedure regulates and applies to all purchase contracts and the resulting legal relations between Humidef s.r.o., the operator of the domain (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and its customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”). All deliveries of goods and services that have been made during the period of validity of these Complaints Rules are subject to it. The buyer is obliged to get acquainted with the Complaints Procedure before ordering the goods. By ordering goods or services, as well as taking goods or services from the Seller, the Buyer accepts and accepts this Complaints Procedure, which enters into force for him by this act.

The Seller shall proceed in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and the provisions of the Commercial Code.

From the moment the risk of damage to the goods passes from the Seller to the Buyer, the Seller is not liable for damage to the products caused by a third party, a natural event or the effects of the external environment.

The Seller assumes professional and technical knowledge from the Buyers.

The seller is not liable for damages caused by improper handling, improper product selection, improper or unprofessional use of products, or excessive load.

The Seller assumes that the Buyer will make available in a sufficient manner information on the correct and safe use of the products for users and the service of water attractions.
